Frederik & Louise

Restaurant Frederik & Louise is named after King Frederik VII and his beloved Louise Rasmussen – Countess Danner, who enjoyed spending a lot of their time at Skodsborg. Throughout the years Skodsborg has developed from a royal retreat to a modern spa.

Today the restaurant is part of Skodsborg Kurhotel & Spa.

Every day a delicious and varied lunch buffet is served as well as Today’s Special and the comprehensive, gastronomic Market Menu. The a la carte menu offers a wonderful selection, too, and Restaurant Frederik & Louise is also known for its superior wine list.
