Start the morning at Skodsborg Vigřr Center where you can participate in class activities, visit the training centre or use the swimming pool facilities with swimming pools, jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna, solarium, etc.
Continue with the delicious lunch buffet with a glass of Skodsborg Spa water, which will be served in Restaurant Frederik & Louise.
The day concludes with one af the relaxing spa treatments below. All treatments are suitable for both men and women.
For Couples
For the two of us - 1 hour 30 mins. per person
A naturally re-hydrating and replenishing treatment to pamper the body and soul. Awaken your senses as skin is smoothed and softened with a full body scrub and spa bath of natural mineral salts. Be wrapped in a warm body veil of Aloe Vera whilst caring hands give you a relaxing scalp massage and a wonderful facial mask. Refresh the feet with a zesty foot balm to put the skip back in your stride, while you enjoy tea and homeroasted nuts from our spa kitchen.
Double energy – 1 hour 30 min. per person
A muscle relaxing and energizing treatment that starts out with a foot bath. The body is covered in 100 % purified clay from Hungary that has a peeling and muscle relaxing effect. The face is pampered with a massage and mask according to your skin type while you lie in a Sanotherm waterbed. And to finish, we smooth body energizing cream in, from top to toe.
Single treatments 50 min.
Coffee Berry Yoga Treatment – 50 min.
Relax to a welcome massage, after which you receive a facial cleanse, mask and yoga massage. The treatment is suitable for all skin types and gives instantly smoother and softer skin with glowing freshness. The yoga massage reduces facial muscle tension and has a positive effect on fine lines and wrinkles. The natural products help to reduce pigmentation.
The Green Treatment – 50 min.
At Skodsborg Spa we always offer a “green” organic spa treatment. The ingredients are seasonally and adjusted for the skin depending upon the time of year. The products consist of fresh ingredients direct from our spa kitchen so that you receive a treatment which consists of 100% natural product. A real treat that you can try several times over. A perfect choice for a spa-day at Skodsborg. Ask reservations, which ingredients are contained in this month’s green treatment.
Organic massage – 50 min.
This treatment is a relaxing massage with your choice of organic flower oils stimulating body and soul. The treatment consists of a 40 min. massage and 10 min. rest.
